Challah Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk3 tsp brown sugar3 tsp almond extract4 large eggs1 challah, diced6 egg whites1.34 c soy milk
Directions
Dice challah, place in pan. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over challah. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
