Hearty Pork & Red Bean Burritos

Ingredients
4 whole wheat tortillas1 can red kidney beans8 oz. pork loin, sliced thinly2 tsp. cumingarlic salt1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro1 tsp olive oilSalsalight sour cream
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet set to medium-high. Add pork loin strips, cumin, cilantro, and garlic salt to taste. Stir fry until pork is cooked through, about 7 minutes. Mash the canned red beans and add them to the skillet. Mix well and heat through.

Top each tortilla with 1/4 of the bean and pork mixture, and add .5 oz. shredded cheese. Serve with salsa and light sour cream on the side, if desired.

Recipe makes 4 burritos. Calorie count does not include sour cream.
