Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat penne15 oz chickpeas (rinsed)15 oz diced tomatoes1 cup spinach1 tbs oil2 tbs basil1 garlic clove
Directions
Boil water to cook pasta.
Mince garlic and sautee in oil.
Add tomatoes, spinach, basil, and chickpeas.
Stir in pasta when cooked.
