Mushrooms and onions in sauce

Ingredients
1 t. butter1 T. olive oil1 c. onions, chopped2 c. mushrooms, sliced1/4 c. basalmic vinegar
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and olive oil till onions are transluscent. Turn down heat and add basalmic vinegar, stirring and cooking till liquid gets thick and carmelized. Serve with any main dish as a side complement.
