Yogurt Blueberry Muffins

1.5 C Flour3/4 C Sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2/3 C plain non-fat yogurt2/3 C skim milk3/4 C Blueberries (can sub. other berries or grated apple)
Combine and mix dry ingredients. Then add milk and yogurt, mix then add berries and mix again. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 18 minutes. Makes 12 muffins
