Pita Pizza w/ Spinach, Garlic, Pepperoni, and Canadian Bacon

1 Piece Whole Wheat Pita Bread1 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach1 Tsp Olive Oil1 Finely Diced Garlic Clove7 Slices Turkey Pepperoni3/4 oz Canadian Bacon 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 450
1. Place pita bread on cookie or pizza pan
2. Spread spinach over the pita (it will kinda pile up and it looks like a lot, but will shrink during cooking)
3. Drizzle olive oil over the spinach
4. Sprinkle garlic, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni on the spinach
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over everything
6. Bake for approximately 12 min. or until pita is crisp and spinach is wilted
