Ingredients
***3 1/2 pound fresh pork loin roast1 onion1-2 bay leaves1/2 cup of wter1-2 TBSP soy sauceslices of or minced garlicsalt & pepper***the 3 1/2 pound roast cooked down to 3 pounds. One serving is 6 oz cooked meat.
Directions
Cut up onion & put onion, bay leave(s), water & soy sauce in crock pot.

Cut 5-6 slits in the pork roast ( I make more slits) & fill with minced garlic ... I prefer to use slices of garlic because it's easier to put in the pockets than minced garlic.

Salt & pepper.

Cook in crock pot on low for 10 hours.

    This was fabulous. It was great over rice. It would be good over pasta. But the best was making pulled pork sandwiches. I did not use bay leaves and it was still great. - 5/6/09
