2 T. margarine, 1 T chopped onion, 4 T. flour, 1 cup milk (nonfat), salt and pepper to taste. I also add a little poultry seasoning. 2 cups cut up turkey ( I run mine though a grinder)
Heat margarine in pan, add onion and cook until soft and brown. Add flour and blend. Slowly add milk and cook until thick and smooth. Season. Add chicken and blend. Chill in refrigerator. About 20 minutes before eating, take meat mixtute out of fridge and shape into croquettes. Dip into egg beaters and bread crumbs. Fry until brown..
