Ingredients
4-6 red potatoes sliced unpeeled 1 pound of lean ground beef1 cup brown rice1 cup chopped carrots1/4 cup chopped onions1 can stewed tomatoes1/2 cup of cheeder cheese
Directions
Layer all the ingredents in a round casserole dish.

Bake in oven @ 350 degrees
