Extra Lean Ground BeefOnion and GarlicSalsaBeef BrothRiceCabbage
Directions
In a large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to boil, then lower heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. The cook time will depend largely on the type of rice used, I like to use long grain brown rice which takes longer than white.
