2 cups quick oats, 1cup whole wheat flour,1/2 cup browned sugar, /3/4 cup raisins, 1/2 cup wheat germ, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup honey, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg
preheat oven to 350. line a 9 x13 pan with aluminum or parchment paper and spray with vege oil spray. in one bowl mix all dry ingedients. in another mix thoroughly oil, egg, vanilla,and honey. mix with other ingredients by hand to make sure all liquid is absorbed. press evenly into pan. bake 25-30 min. It should be a little golden. remove and cool before slicing into bars
