3 C. ROLLED OATS1.5 C. WH. WH. FLOUR1 TSP BAKING POWDER1 TSP BAKING SODA2 TSP GROUND CINNAMON.25 TSP SALT3/4 C. SPLENDA.25 C. NONHYDROGENATED MARGARINE3/4C. UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE1 OMEGA-3 EGG1 EGG WHITE2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT1 C. DRIED CRANBERRIES
1.THIS MAKES 24 BARS- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LINE 13 X 9-IN. BAKING PAN
2.COMBINE AND MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL.
3. BEAT TOGETHER REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. - DO NOT OVER MIX.
4. PLACE DOUGH INTO THE BAKING PAN AND BAKE FOR 20 MIN, OR UNTIL CAKE TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN. LET COOL THAN CUT INTO 24 BARS.
