Ham/Potato Gratin---crockpot/slowcooker

Ingredients
1 T butter2 T flour2 c milk2 c cheddar cheese, shreddedsaltpeppergarlic powdertabasco (to taste)4 potatoes, large dice1 onion, chopped1 celery stalk, dicedcubed ham
Directions
spray crockpot w/ pam and turn on low

melt butter, add flour, cook for a minute or so, add milk, turn up heat and bring to simmer (stirring constantly) till it thickens. Remove from heat, add cheese, spices, and tobasco and stir till it melts. Set aside.

In crockpot, layer half potatoes, ham, onions and celery. Pour half the sauce on top. Repeat withe the other half of the ingredients.

Cook until potatoes are tender--7/8 hours high, 4 low.
