Avocado dip/spread

Ingredients
2 Avocados1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt1/2 onions (or to taste)3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)saltpepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor until smooth.

The amounts I used are to my taste, but you can add or subtract what you want to personalize it. It does turn brown after the first day or so, but it's fine and lasts about a week.
