Chinese Chicken Luncheon Salad

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped2 T. green onions1/2 cup sliced snow peas1/3 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained3 ounces chicken breast cooked and sliced2 T. rice noodles (the crunchy chow mein type noodles!!)2 T. Newman's Own low fat sesame ginger dressing
Directions
Layer ingredients on a plate and top with the salad dressing and the rice noodles. Serves 1
