1 (15 oz( can of chickpeas (garbanzos), rinsed and drained1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice3 garlic cloves ,crushed2 teaspoons olive oil1 tablespoon water1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients until blended, but still a little chunky.
