Ingredients
3 Sirloin pork chops (bone-in)1 tablespoon canola oil1/2 medium onion (sliced)2 tablespoons fat free italian dressing2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce2 teaspoons worcestershire sauceItalian seasoning (season to taste)Mrs. Dash (season to taste)
Directions
Place pork chops in dish and pour Italian dressing over. Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Brown the onion slices in canola oil for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown each side then top with onion slices and add seasoning, hot sauce, and worcertershire sauce. Reduce heat to low and cook 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 3 servings.
