Ragu Chunky Onions & Garlic - 1 jarchicken broth less/reduced sodium, 2 cansground Italian Sausage groundCarrots 4 carrot (sliced)Celery 2 stalk, medium (diced) Onion, 1/2 medium (diced)Ground Romano Cheese, 8 oz de cecco ditali lisci pasta (1 package)Bay Leaf, 1 Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbspGarlic, 2 clove (chopped)
Add ground italian sausage, garlic and onion in large pot over medium high heat. Stir until meat is browned and drain off any excess fat.
Add Ragu, chicken broth, bay leaf, oregano, parsley. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to medium low. Add cheese, carrots and celery and cook for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
