Ingredients
Beans, black, .5 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 3 oz Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 3 cup Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce, 4 tbsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 3 serving
Directions
boil rice according to directions
add black beans to rice approximately 5 minutes before done
stir-fry peppers and onion with terriyaki sauce
put on tortilla wrap add cheese
roll and serve! or put aside to reheat for later
