Pizza with a Ranch Twist

Ingredients
1/2 whole wheat pita bread1 Tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing3 oz precooked chicken breast1/4 cup of banana peppers1/4 cup of red onions1/4 cup of yellow bell peppers1/4 cup of green bell peppers1 oz of shredded Mozzarella cheese , part skim milk
Directions
1. Spread 1 Tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing on half of a whole wheat pita. Add 3 oz of sliced chicken breast on the pita. Then add all of your sliced veggies and shredded mozzarella cheese on top to keep the chicken breast moist.

2. Place pizza in a oven pre-heated to 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes till veggies are tender.

3. Remove pizza from oven and enjoy ;)

    I made this on Indian Naan Garlic flat bread. The smell of the pizza baking was enough to make your mouth water and it tasted just as good. The hot peppers were the clincher for me.LOVE THEM.The recipe was quick and simple. I had chicken the night before so I just baked an extra breast for the pizza - 3/5/09
