serving for one5 oz cubed steak1/3 cup instant potato (seasoned for your taste)1 egg white3 tbl spoon cooked mushrooms sautee in .5 tbsp of Blue Bonnet light
dip cube steak in egg white
roll steak in the instant potato
bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
sautee mushrooms seperately and pour over steak when steak is done
