Megan's Chili

Ingredients
2lbs. Ground Beef8 oz. White Mushrooms - finely minced in food processor1 Green Bell Pepper - diced1 Small to Medium Onion - diced1 can White Beans or Pinto Beans2 cans diced Tomatoes2 1 oz. envelopes of Taco MixSalt Pepper Hot Sauce Liquid Smoke
Directions
Spray inside of pot with Pam. Add diced peppers and onions and saute' on low until slightly softened. Add ground beef and mushrooms and cook through. Add Beans, Tomatoes and Taco Seasoning and stir. Bring to a boil and then drop temperature to low and add salt, pepper, hot sauce and liquid smoke to taste. Simmer at least 20 minutes. Makes 18 1 cup servings.
