Granola Cookie Bars

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1 cups of whole wheat flour1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. baking soda2 tbs honey 3/4 cup of applesauce2 tbs peanut butter1/3 cup of brown sugar1/3 cup sunflower seeds1 tbs cinnamon1/3 banana
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix All ingredients until smooth. If there is anything extra you want to add such as chocolate chips, nuts, etc do it now. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan. (Pam spray will do the trick and not add any extra fat/cals) Bake for 20 mins and then remove and cool for at least 15 mins. Cut into bars. ENJOY!
