Ingredients
3 leafs of romaine lettuce1 tomatoe wrap3 ounces chicken sliced thinnewmans light caesar dressing1 clove of garlic
Directions
makes one wrap
1. cook chicken with garlic, red and black pepper to tast
2. chop up lettuce and put on lower half of wrap
3. add dressing
4. add chicken on top of lettuce
5. wrap like a burrito
can be eaten hot or cold
