6 Cups Chicken Broth1 Onion, Chopped3 Large Potatoes, Cubed or Sliced3 Boca Meatless Italian Sausages, sliced5 Ounces Baby Spinach1 Cup Milk, 1%1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, or to Taste
Put the broth, chopped onion and cut up potatoes in a large pot (no need to peel the potatoes). Cook the onion and potatoes in broth until they are cooked. Add the sliced up sausages and cook until heated thoroughly. Then add the spinach and heat until spinach is lightly cooked. Then add the milk and remove from heat. Season with pepper to taste.
