Ingredients
*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 4 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cupWheat germ, crude, 1 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled Almonds, 1 cup, sliced Pecans, 1.5 cup, choppedLand O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving Molasses, .5 cupWater, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 cup, packed
Directions
Combine all liquids with brown sugar in sauce pan over medium heat until melted

Combine all dry incredients

Fold wet and dry incredients together

Line flat baking pans with aluminum foil and spray with pam

Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes
