Middle Eastern Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 - 15oz can Garbanzo Beans (Chick peas) (no salt added)1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped1 Tbsp ground cumin2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilJuice from1 fresh lime.Salt if desired
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Rinse and drain garbanzo beans in colander.
Place drained garbanzos in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Refigerate for an hour or two to allow the flavors to develop.
