Ingredients
graham wafer crumbs 1 cupmargarine 4T sugar 3Tlight cream cheese 250g X 3sugar 1ceggs 3 largelemon juice 2Tlime 1T
Directions
crust: mix first three ingredients press into 9 inch
springfoam pan. Preheat oven 350. bake 10 minutes.
cream ; cream cheese, sugar & egg one at a time.
add remaining ingredients. pour over crust.
bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
cool at room temperature thoroughly.
refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight

    This cheese cake was so easy to make and the taste was just wonderful. I really think it was the lemon juice and the lime juice that just gave it that extra umph!
