Ingredients
1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style3/4 cup Wheat germ1/2 cup Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey3/4 cup Nonfat Dry Milk1/4 cup Sesame seeds, wheat germ, chopped nuts or coconut (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingedients together thoroughly.

Using a 1 tsp measuring spoon make into small balls and roll in nuts, sesame seeds, wheat germ or shreded coconut. Store in refrigerator or freezer. It takes a while to make the balls (I like to do this to keep me busy).

As long as you make small balls with a tsp you should get about 50 candies.

I use to make these when my son was a toddler. I would shape them like bumble bees and use almonds for wings. I would take a toothpick, dip it in cocoa powder and use it to make the eyes and stripes of the bumble bee - 4/26/09
