Ingredients
* Light Coconut Milk, 2 cup * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup * White Rice, short grain, .5 cup uncooked * 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions
Bring the coconut milk, milk and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan. Add basmati rice, and simmer over low heat until the mixture thickens and the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Stir in cardamom.
