Beef and Vegetable skillet dinner

2 Tbsp vegetable oil1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into strips1/2 cup frozen carrots, sliced1 envelope beefy mushroom instant soup mix1 cup water2 Tbsp soy sause2 Tbsp ketchup1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground ginger8 oz bamboo shoots, drained6 oz snow peas, frozen, thawedhot cooked rice
In a large skillet, heat oil and brown beef, it two batches, over miedium high heat. Remove beef; add carrots; then beefy mushroom recipe soup mix blended with wter, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder and ginger. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Add beef, bamboo shoots and snow peas, simmer 3 minutes or until heated through. To serve, arrange beef mixture over hot rice.
