Ingredients
1 lite hot dog1 egg1oz milk1/4 cup of fat free cheese1 low carb tortilla
Directions
> cut up one frank in slices and let cook until brown

> beat egg and milk in cup then pour into pan

>after egg is well scrambled top with cheese

>heat tortilla in pan or if you have a gas stove, heat over low flame

For extra taste try adding one or all of the following: salt, pepper, onion, hot sauce, or Jalapenos.
