Mustard Greens, 2 bunchesCarrots, raw, 1 medium Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)Olive Oil, .25 tbsp
Directions
Sauté onion, carrot and celery until soft. Add greens and sauté until wilted
