Healthy Applesauce Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran cereal1 1/3 cups 1% (or skim) milk1 egg1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon6 teaspoons raw sugar
Directions
Combine first four ingredeints and let sit for 15 minutes. While sitting combine the dry ingredients together.

After the 15 minutes have gone by, combine the two mixtures together and stir only until combined. Don't over-stir.

Divide into a greased muffin tin (12 muffins) and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of raw sugar.

Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes or until firm to the touch.
