Avocado Stuffed with Canned Tuna

Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado1/2 c. canned tuna or salmon1 tbsp canola oil mayonnaisePinch of dried oregano1/2 small onion, finely choppedSplash of wine vinegarSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain salmon, mix with canola oil mayonnaise.
Add herbs and spices, blend lightly.
Slice and seed avocado, removing half of pulp for other use (i.e. guacamole), and stuff remiander of avocado
