Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef4 cloves Garlic1/2 cup Onion6 cups Whole wheat pasta - cooked4 cups Cheesy veggie soup ( recipe on sparkpeople)
Directions
Brown Beef while cooking pasta. Add chopped or pureed onion and garlic to beef while it's browning. When beef is done add cooked pasta and Cheesy Veggie soup and cook on medium to low heat till warmed through. Serve and enjoy!! ( extra seasonings optional )
