* Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked, 1 cup * Garlic, 3 cloves (or 1 tbsp Minced garlic) * Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 Tsp (or alternative) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp * Basil, .25 tbsp
This is just to make a single 1 cup serving but I usually make a batch and put it in the fridge. A Tiny pit of Olive Oil before it goes in the microwave keeps it moist!
Cooking is easy... boil and drain noodles, then add ingredients to flavor. (Don't forget the Parmesan Cheese unless you like a VERY strong garlic flavor, lol)
