Baked Fruit Ambrosia

Ingredients
1/2 tsp. orange peel, finely shredded2 medium oranges1 oz. pineapple, canned, drained1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground2 tbsp. coconut, shredded1 cup raspberries (optional)
Directions
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and section oranges. Cut orange sections into bite-size pieces. Divide orange pieces and pineapple among four 6-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with orange peel and cinnamon. Top with coconut.

2. Bake about 15 minutes or until fruit is heated through and coconut is golden. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh raspberries. Serve warm.
