Bulgur/Brown Rice and Navy Beans

Ingredients
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove) Chicken bouillon, 1 cube (remove) Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove) Bulgur, dry, 1 cup (remove)Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)Beans, navy, 1 cup (remove)Peas, frozen, .25 cup (optional)
Directions
Add ingredients to rice cooker and add sufficient amount of water. Cover and cook. Add more water as necessary. (45 minutes until tender). Top with 1/4 cup of peas.
