Low-Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 very ripe bananas1/2 cup plain yogurt3/4 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking soda2 egg whites
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Mash Bananas then Mix in yogurt, vanilla, egg whites, baking soda, sugar and flour. You may use a large spoon to mix all together or a beater. Spray pan with a no calorie, no fat, no-stick spray (I use Crisco 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil No-Stick Spray).
Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
