Ingredients
1/4 cup 2% milk1/4 cup Orange Juice1/2 cup of low-fat plain yogurt1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup frozen blueberries1 medium size banana
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, also use a frozen banana.

Can make 2 servings or 1 big one.
