1 tsp. garlic puree1 stick unsalted butter2 cups half and half1/4 cup skim milk4 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese1 oz. grated fontina cheese1/4 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. freshly grated black pepper
1. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic puree and cook for 1 minute; do not let the garlic burn.
2. Add the half and half, skim milk, parmesan, fontina, salt and pepper. Turn heat to med-high and bring to a boil; reduce heat to med-low and simmer about 15 minutes or until it thickens. Serve over your favorite pasta. (Not included in nutritional information.)
