Bread Machine Cheese Pizza

Crust:1/2 Cup Water1 Tbsp Olive Oil3/4 Cup Bread Flour3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp sugar1 1/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast or Quick active dry yeastSauce:8 oz Tomato Sauce1/4 Cup Onion, Diced1 tsp Olive Oil1/2 Medium Carrot, Diced1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/2 tsp ParsleyPepper to tasteToppings:4 oz Cheese
Place all ingredients for crust in your bread maker and select the dough cycle, do not use the delay setting. For Sauce place olive oil, onion and carrot in small sauce pan and saute until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. If desired place sauce in blender after has cooled. When bread machine cycle is complete remove dough from bread maker and knead 5 to 10 minutes on lightly floured surface. Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Pat dough into 13 inch circle and pinch 1/2 inch rim let rest about 10 - 20 minutes. Spread toppings over dough. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
