1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled , cored and cut into wedges.2 Quaker Rice cakes (salt free)1 tablespoon cottage cheesecooking spraycinammon
Spray the nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. Add the apple wedges and cook until they begin to soften.Season apples with cinnamon.
To serve: Spread the cottage cheese onto the rice cakes, and arrange the apples over the cottage cheese.
