Hummus, Black Bean

Ingredients
15 oz. can Black Beans15 oz. can Garbonzo/ Chickpeas1/4 c. Bean juice1/4 c.. Water4 Tbsp Lemon Juice3 Cloves of Garlic1 tsp Sesame Oil5 Pieces of Sun Dried Tomato1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper1 Tbsp Parsley (or more if desired)
Directions
In a food processor toss all ingredients but parsley. First pulse a few times then run on high for 2 - 4 minutes until well blended. Put mixture into a container that you can cover, sprinkle parsley on top, cover and put into 'fridge to chill.
Good on Tortilla chips, melba bread, & Wheat Thins
