Tex-Mex Taco dinner

Ingredients
1# Extra lean ground beef1 T. Chili powder1 cup FF low-sodium beef broth1 cup water2 cups instant white rice, uncooked1/2 cup Cheese Whiz Cheese dip2 cups shredded lettuce1 large tomato, chopped
Directions
Brown meat in large skillet.

Add chili powder, broth, and water. Stir. Bring to a boil.

Stir in rice and Cheese Whiz; cover. Simmer on low 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.

Sour cream makes a great topping too, but is not included in this recipe calculation.
