Thai Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 oz Ground Turkey, lean1 tsp Onion powder1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil1/2 pkg frozen mixed vegetables1 TBSP Oyster sauce2 TBSP Thai peanut sauce
Directions
In heated wok over medium high heat, add olive oil; add ground turkey and onion powder. Cook until browned, but not over brown. Add frozen vegetables and cover 3 minutes until hot. Stir occasionally. Add Oyster sauce and stir; add Thai peanut sauce and stir well.
May be served over cooked rice or soba noodles.
