Cabbage Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 package(16 oz) cole slaw mix.1 package ramen noodles, crumbledDressing:3 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp sugar1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 package of noodle seasoning.* toasted slivered almonds(optional, not included in ingredients)
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl, then toss with the cole slaw mix, and crumbled ramen noodles. Mix well, then sprinkle with toasted almonds if desired.

Makes about 7 - 1 cup servings.
