Tuna & Cheese Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs3 green onions, thinly sliced1 cup half and half1 clove garlic, minced1 1/4 cups shredded swiss1 (10 oz) pacakge frozen broccoli2 cans tuna1 (9-in) pie shell, baked
Directions
In a large bowl, beat eggs, scallions, half and half and garlic until blended. Mix in cheese and broccoli; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange tuna in a layer in pie shell, mounding slightly in center. Spoon egg mixture over tuna.

Bake on bottom rack at 350 degrees until filling is puffed and lightly browned, about 50 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes, then cut into wedges to serve.
