Fish & Rice "Casserole"

Ingredients
5oz Each Canned Salmon and Tuna (Drained)1 can Cream of Chicken2 cups Brown rice (mostly cooked)2/3 Cup Bulgur uncooked1.5 cups Water1 2/3 cups Frozen Peas1 Can Creamed Corn1 Can No-Salt Green Beans
Directions
Throw everything into a deep sauteing pan and cook until rice is finished cooking, stirring frequently and keeping the heat on medium at first, then switching to low as the rice absorbs the rest of the liquid.

The end result should be like a casserole in consistency. Makes 6 one cup servings.
